Our MAccFin (Hons) Accounting and Finance course at University of East London is suited to students looking to gain a high level of specialist accounting and finance knowledge. You will be taught financial and management accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate finance and financial management in a four-year integrated Masters that provides an additional level of training above the standard three-year BA. The degree combines three years of undergraduate study with one year of postgraduate, so you’ll enrol on an undergraduate course, but graduate with a Masters degree that provides a direct route into professional accountancy.

Entry Requirements

FROM: A LEVEL Must include passes at A2 in at least two subjects or BTEC Extended Diploma or INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE DIPLOMA. The candidate must have minimal 8 at maths at Baccalaureate. If you don’t quite meet the academic requirements for this course, you can apply with an additional foundation year.

English must be on minimal 5.5 IELTS on each component or Functional Skills Level 2 or minimal B2 on Linguistic Certificate on every component . If you don't have any English Certificate you can have INTERNAL ENGLISH TEST.

Personal Statement (mandatory)

A personal statement is an essay that the student must write to apply to study at the university. Its purpose is to summarise your skills and experience and help you gain a place at your desired course. It must include the name of the university and the name of the course. You have to mention why are you applying to this particular university and what do you hope to achieve after the course, career wise. A well written personal statement will help you stand out in the crowd and secure you a place at your dream university. You can follow a specific guide to answer to some expected questions, however, you must not mention them in the essay. Have a clear, cursive structure and write a minimum of 500 words.
